Allowing a file to run?

Hello! I am having problems transferring of my game of tantra because the file update.exe always obtains denied. There is a way so that it changes to be able to allow it so I can play the game? I have an operating system of Vista Windows. I have allowed the file in the room of the security of the Internet of Norton. Also allewed in my fire-guard of Windows. Pls. aid. Desparately I need its aid.
The file but still obtaining denied has been allowed. Also I tried to extinguish all the fire-guards but the file still obtains denied.

Yes, the reason why is it getting denied is because of your firewall. Just go into firewall and accept the file to play the game.
